In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

The declaration also supports the deployment of a temporary international stabilization mission in Gaza, authorized by the UN Security Council. It explicitly condemns Hamas and calls on the Movement to lay down its arms. The seven-page declaration is the outcome of an international conference hosted by the United Nations in July, co-sponsored by Saudi Arabia and France, but boycotted by the United States and Israel. Participants at the time agreed on collective measures to end the genocide in Gaza and to work toward a “just, peaceful, and lasting” resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, centered on a two-state solution and a better future for both Palestinians and Israelis, as well as for the broader region. The declaration was issued by the conference chairs, France and Saudi Arabia, along with the co-chairs of the working groups, which included: Brazil, Canada, Egypt, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Mexico, Norway, Qatar, Senegal, Spain, Türkiye, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the Arab League. *** UN General Assembly backs New York declaration on two-state solution, Palestine welcomes vote NEW YORK, September 12, 2025 (WAFA) – The United Nations General Assembly on Friday approved a draft resolution endorsing the New York Declaration on implementing the two-state solution and establishing an independent State of Palestine. The resolution was supported by 142 countries, while 10 voted against, and 12 abstained. The State of Palestine welcomed the broad majority backing the adoption of the declaration and its annexes, describing it as a key outcome of the High-Level International Conference on The Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine, co-chaired by Saudi Arabia and France. In a statement, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates praised Saudi Arabia and France for leading the conference and subsequent efforts to turn the declaration into a concrete action plan with clear political, economic, legal, and security tracks. The Ministry also expressed gratitude to all countries that sponsored, supported, and voted in favor of the resolution, making the New York Declaration an official UN document. It called on member states to implement the conference outcomes, pressure Israel—the occupying power—to halt its aggression, end the use of starvation as a weapon of war, stop forced displacement, and release prisoners and hostages. The statement added that all available measures should be used to end Israel's colonial occupation, uphold the Palestinian people's legitimate rights, and ensure the two-state solution remains the only viable path to peace in the face of ongoing crimes, colonization, and aggression. M.N. *** UNICEF: Alarming surge in malnutrition among Gaza’s children Friday 12-September-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has warned of a troubling rise in child malnutrition rates across the Gaza Strip. In a press statement, UNICEF said the latest data shows a record-high percentage of children suffering from acute malnutrition in August. According to the organization, the overall rate of acute malnutrition among children screened in Gaza increased to 13.5% last month, up from 8.3% in July. In Gaza City, where famine has officially been confirmed, the situation is even more dire. 19% of children were treated for acute malnutrition in August, compared to 16% in July. “One in five children in Gaza City was diagnosed with acute malnutrition in August and needed life-saving nutritional support from UNICEF.” Russell added that although UNICEF has managed to bring additional aid supplies into Gaza, the ongoing Israeli attacks have forced approximately 10 nutrition centers to shut down, putting even more children at risk. She emphasized the need to protect nutritional services in Gaza City and across the entire Strip, saying, “No child should suffer from preventable malnutrition, especially when we have the tools to treat it, as long as we can safely deliver aid.” According to official government and medical statistics, the total number of deaths due to malnutrition in Gaza has reached 411, including 142 children. Additionally, an estimated 650,000 children are at risk of dying from malnutrition, hunger, and food scarcity. The situation is especially dire for infants: 40,000 babies under one-year-old are facing life-threatening conditions due to the lack of baby formula and milk supplies amid Israel’s continued blockade. *** Israeli assault on Gaza City leaves massive destruction, 50,000 displaced in less than a week GAZA, September 12, 2025 (WAFA) – The ongoing Israeli assault on Gaza City has caused large-scale destruction of infrastructure and residential areas in less than a week, adding to the devastation inflicted since the Israeli genocide began in October 2023. Data collected show that Israeli forces destroyed 12 residential buildings of more than seven stories, comprising about 500 apartments, displacing over 10,000 people. More than 120 smaller buildings, averaging three stories each, were also bombed, forcing more than 7,200 residents from their homes. Over 500 additional buildings sustained partial damage, depriving nearly 30,000 people of shelter. In parallel, more than 600 tents housing displaced families were destroyed, leaving at least 6,000 more people without refuge. Ten schools and five mosques were also completely demolished. According to the figures, more than 50,000 residents of Gaza, including children, women, and the elderly, have been left homeless in less than a week, amid an escalating humanitarian catastrophe. M.N. *** UNRWA: Civilians in Gaza trapped with no safe place to go Friday 12-September-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) warned on Friday that civilians in Gaza are trapped with no safe place to seek refuge. In a statement, UNRWA said Gaza is enduring dire conditions with worsening food insecurity, stressing the urgent need for a ceasefire agreement before it is too late. Since October 7, 2023, Israel, backed by the US, has been carrying out a genocide in Gaza that has killed 64,718 Palestinians and wounded 163,859 others, the majority of them women and children. The genocide has also displaced hundreds of thousands and caused famine that has already claimed the lives of 411 Palestinians, including 142 children. *** ****** Total of 228,800 Palestinians killed and injured by the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip Friday 12-September-2025 GAZA, (PIC, WAFA) The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that 38 people were killed and 200 others injured in the past 24 hours due to ongoing Israeli attacks on the besieged enclave. In its daily statistical report, the Ministry confirmed that two martyrs were recovered from beneath the rubble, bringing the total toll of Israel’s genocidal assault since October 7, 2023, to 64,756 killed and 164,059 injured. Between March 18, 2025, and today alone, Gaza has recorded 12,206 martyrs and 52,018 injured, a clear indication of the continued scale and intensity of human loss in the besieged Strip. The Ministry also reported that 14 Palestinians were killed and 143 wounded in the last 24 hours while trying to access humanitarian aid or basic necessities. Since the start of Israel’s aggression, 2,479 people have been killed and over 18,091 injured while seeking food, water, or assistance. In the past 24 hours, two additional people were starved to death, including a child. This raises the total number of Palestinians who have died from hunger to 413, including 143 children. Since the United Nations officially declared a state of famine in Gaza, 135 starvation-related deaths have been documented, 28 of them children, according to the Ministry. The health system in Gaza remains on the verge of complete collapse, with hospitals overwhelmed and critical supplies either exhausted or blocked by Israeli restrictions. The Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip continues undeterred despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. The Ministry warned that many victims remain trapped under the rubble or stranded in streets, unreachable due to the severe lack of rescue equipment and the collapse of emergency services under the blockade. *** Over 36 Palestinians killed in ongoing Israeli strikes across Gaza GAZA, September 12, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 36 Palestinians have been killed and others injured since dawn on Friday, as Israeli occupation forces continued their bombardment across the Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, in Dair El-Bala'h, central Gaza, a Palestinian man succumbed to injuries sustained in an earlier strike. Earlier at dawn today, Israeli warplanes targeted three homes belonging to the Abu Meiri family east of the city. He added that another combat drone opened fire on civilians in the Daraj neighborhood in Gaza City, killing a minor and resulting in casualties. They were all rushed to the Al-Ahli Al-Arabi Hospital. Meanwhile, Israeli artillery shelled the refugee camp and fighter jets continued to target residential buildings in Gaza. Israel unilaterally ended the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Strip on Tuesday, March 18, carrying out a wave of bloody airstrikes across the Strip, killing 12,170 and injuring 51,818. Since the dawn hours of Friday, 53 civilians were slain, including women and children. Israel has waged a military onslaught on the Strip since October 2023, killing 64,718 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 163,859 others. Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip. The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafah near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba. K.F. *** Civil defense: 50,000 displaced in Gaza City amid widespread infrastructure devastation Friday 12-September-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The spokesperson for the Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip, Mahmoud Basal, revealed the massive scale of destruction caused by the ongoing Israeli assault on Gaza City in just one week since Israel declared it would “open the gates of hell” on the city. In a statement released Thursday evening, Basal said that critical infrastructure and residential areas have suffered extensive destruction, and over 50,000 civilians, including children, women, and the elderly, have been rendered homeless in less than a week amid an escalating humanitarian catastrophe. He noted that 12 residential buildings, each with more than seven floors and housing approximately 500 apartments, have been completely destroyed, displacing more than 10,000 residents. Basal added that the Israeli military also bombed and destroyed over 120 additional buildings with fewer than seven floors (averaging three floors per building), displacing more than 7,200 people. The statement further reported that more than 500 buildings have been partially damaged, depriving nearly 30,000 people of shelter. In addition, more than 600 tents, used to house displaced families, were destroyed, leaving at least 6,000 more civilians homeless. The destruction also includes 10 schools and 5 mosques that were completely leveled. The Civil Defense spokesperson urgently called on the United Nations and the international community to immediately intervene to stop the aggression and protect civilians. He also appealed to humanitarian and relief organizations to act swiftly to provide alternative shelters and necessities such as food, medicine, and emergency supplies for the displaced. *** Palestinian Health Ministry driver martyred by the IOFs gunfire in Nasser Medical Complex courtyard Friday 12-September-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younus announced the martyrdom of Amin Muslim, one of its transport drivers, after he was shot by Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) while performing his professional duties within the complex grounds. Several others accompanying him were also injured. In a press statement issued Friday, the complex condemned this egregious assault on healthcare personnel and medical institutions, holding the IOFs fully responsible for the repeated and systematic targeting. The complex called on the international community and human rights organizations to intervene urgently and seriously to halt these ongoing violations, demanding the necessary protection for medical teams working in the field. With US backing, Israel has been committing acts of genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, including killings, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, while ignoring all international appeals and orders from the International Court of Justice to cease its actions. The genocide has resulted in 64,718 Palestinian martyrs and 163,859 wounded, the majority of whom are children and women, along with hundreds of thousands displaced. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Three Palestinians injured by Israeli gunfire in Shu'fat Refugee Camp, one critically Friday 12-September-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC, WAFA) Three Palestinian civilians were injured by Israeli forces on Friday, with one reported in critical condition, during a military raid on Shu'fat Refugee Camp in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). Later in the afternoon, Israeli military units stormed the home of Muhammed Ma'hmoud Al-Shawamra in Shu'fat Refugee Camp, claiming he had carried out a stabbing attack at a hotel in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). Local sources reported that Israeli soldiers stationed around the area were deliberately firing live ammunition at civilians in the vicinity. *** Five Palestinians shot in Ramallah amid ongoing settler attacks in the West Bank Friday 12-September-2025 RAMALLAH, (PIC) At least five young Palestinians were injured by Israeli occupation forces’ (IOFs) gunfire in Dair Jareer, east of Ramallah, in the early hours of Friday. Fat'hi 'Hamdan, head of the Dair Jareer Village Council, told reporters that IOFs opened fire on a group of youths on the road connecting Dair Jareer with the nearby town of Silwad, leaving five people wounded. Two were reportedly in moderate condition, while three sustained minor injuries. The IOFs also blocked the main entrance of the village for several hours. Meanwhile, the IOF closed the checkpoint at the entrance to 'Atara, north of Ramallah, preventing residents from traveling to Beer Zait or nearby towns, forcing them to take long alternative routes. In another incident, Israeli settlers stormed the Shalal Al-Ouja Bedouin community north of Aree'ha (Jericho) on Friday morning. M.N. *** Israeli forces arrest 1,000 Palestinians in Toulkarm Friday 12-September-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces imposed on Thursday evening a complete siege on the Palestinian City of Toulkarm in the northern West Bank, launching a wide-scale kidnapping and field investigation campaign, marked by mass kidnapping of more than 1,000 Palestinian citizens so far. This came after two Israeli occupation soldiers were reportedly injured by an explosive device detonated beneath a military vehicle in the Tulkarem area. The Israeli occupation army Radio reported that the military had “imposed a cordon on the Toulkarm area following the incident.” Local sources confirmed that the army closed the iron gates at the southern and eastern entrances of Toulkarm, preventing vehicular movement. The sources added that Israeli forces stormed shops and cafés in the city center, detaining everyone inside or in their cars, forcing them to walk in long lines toward the road leading to the Khadoori military checkpoint. The occupation army also deployed more armored vehicles and a bulldozer in the area. Soldiers seized surveillance camera footage from several businesses after raiding them. The Governor of Toulkarm, 'Abdullah Kameel, issued an urgent appeal to the international community, the United Nations General Assembly, the UN Human Rights Council, humanitarian and human rights institutions, and all freedom-loving people around the world to take immediate action to halt the ongoing Israeli assault on Tulkarem Governorate and its residents. In an official statement, Kamil said that the Israeli occupation army has launched a wide-scale aggression against the Toulkarm area, marked by mass kidnapping of more than 1,000 Palestinian citizens so far. The assault also includes home invasions, destruction of property, and terrorizing of children and women. He added that “what is happening on the ground in Toulkarm is part of a systematic policy by the Israeli occupation”, with the assault continuing since January 27, aiming to break the steadfastness and will of the Palestinian people by targeting unarmed civilians and committing severe acts of collective punishment. Kameel warned of the serious humanitarian consequences of these crimes and called on the international community to uphold its moral and legal responsibilities, to take urgent steps to stop these violations, protect the Palestinian people, and hold Israel accountable for its crimes. Also on Thursday evening, the Israeli forces stormed the town of Kafr I'qab, north of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). Local sources reported that the Israeli army and its special units raided Kafr I'qab, firing stun grenades and toxic tear gas. They added that the forces entered the Al-Sagheer and Sameera Mays neighborhoods, blocked vehicular access to Ramallah, and forced shop owners along the main street to shut down their businesses. Troops also fired flares into the sky and stormed a residential building in the town. In a related development, Israeli forces also raided the town of Al-Ram, north of the occupied city, firing tear gas and stun grenades. No injuries were reported. *** Israeli forces press on with aggression against Toulkarm TOULKARM, September 12, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Friday pressed on with their aggression against the Toulkarm governorate in the northern occupied West Bank, according to WAFA correspondent. As part of the aggression, the occupation forces stormed civilians’ houses in the southern neighborhood of the city near Al-Qassam Mosque, ransacking them and interrogating occupants. They turned several buildings, including one belonging to the Salman family, into military outposts. They conducted sweeps, broke into and searched houses, and restricted movement in those areas. Meanwhile, military bulldozers demolished several agricultural greenhouses in the Dthannaba neighborhood. They blocked part of Nablus Street with concrete blocks. On Thursday, the occupation forces began a crackdown on the city after two Israeli soldiers were injured when their military vehicle was hit by an IED. In the village of Baiteen, east of Ramallah, the IOFs seized the home of Palestinian citizen Sayil Darweesh Jaraba’a and turned it into a military base. The family was informed that the troops intend to occupy the house for at least three days, citing its proximity to the settlement road known as “Route 60.” Local sources reported that the IOF also stormed other homes and shops in Baiteen overnight, firing stun grenades and tear gas canisters at residents to disperse them. In Nablus, IOF soldiers raided several neighborhoods in the Old City and surrounding areas. A commercial shop on Hitteen Street was searched, with its contents vandalized. Local sources said an Israeli bulldozer carried out earthworks on lands belonging to the village, shutting down alternative routes that residents had opened in recent months to bypass the main entrance, which has been closed by Israeli forces for several months. Al-Lubban El-Sharqiya, located on the main Nablus–Ramallah road, has faced repeated closures and restrictions by Israeli occupation forces, disrupting movement for thousands of Palestinians in the area. The Spanish Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the minister called in Dana Erlich, currently Israel's senior diplomat in Madrid, “to firmly reject the false and offensive statements issued by the Israeli Prime Minister’s office.” The Netanyahu office, in a post on X on Thursday, accused Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez of making “threats of genocide” against Israel, referring to Sánchez's announcement on Monday of new measures affecting arms and fuel shipments to Israel. Sánchez justified the actions by saying that Spain lacks nuclear weapons, aircraft carriers, or large oil reserves to exert pressure on Israel to halt the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip. In a statement, the ministry warned that “the Israeli attack on Gaza will have consequences for the security of the Middle East region,” urging Israel to stop “aggressive actions that fuel a cycle of violence.” It added that Moscow is calling on Israel to abandon “reckless aggressive measures” that further escalate tensions and undermine ongoing mediation efforts led by Qatar to bring an end to the war in Gaza.
